Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays (UK or US, depending on your dispatch location).
During busy periods, including seasonal sales, promotional events or public holidays, processing times may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Your order may be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or another trusted courier, depending on your location.
Express Delivery
Available for selected destinations.
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–5 business days (UK)
- 3–7 business days (US)
- 5–10 business days (selected other international destinations)
Tracking: Included
Express delivery charges will be calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Our current delivery rates are:
- Standard UK Delivery: £15.99
- Free Standard UK Delivery: Orders over £150
- Standard US Delivery: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free Standard US Delivery: Orders over the threshold shown at checkout
- Express Delivery (UK & US): Calculated at checkout
International shipping charges vary depending on the destination and selected delivery service.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide, including the UK and the US.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
- International deliveries may be delayed by customs inspections or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

- Photographs were appropriate
We will investigate the matter with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Under applicable UK and US consumer law, you are entitled to receive the goods you ordered. If your parcel is genuinely lost before it reaches you, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Delivery Address
